Samsung’s Good Lock App Is Now Available Globally
Samsung has officially released its Good Lock customization tool worldwide, offering Galaxy users around the globe access to a wide range of personalization features. Previously limited to select regions like South Korea, Good Lock can now be downloaded globally via the Galaxy Store, allowing users to significantly enhance and customize their device experience.
While the app is not yet available on the Google Play Store, it may arrive on that platform in the near future.
For years, many users outside a handful of countries were unable to access Good Lock. That restriction has now been lifted, marking the start of the app’s global rollout.
Originally, it was expected that Good Lock’s broader release would coincide with the stable launch of One UI 7. However, with that update temporarily on hold for unspecified reasons, Samsung has decided to push ahead and release Good Lock independently.
With the release timeline for One UI 7 still uncertain, the global rollout of Good Lock comes as welcome news for Galaxy users. The app includes a variety of modular tools—each available as a separate download—that allow for deep customization of many elements within the One UI interface.
